The Palmer team is always up to something exciting. Follow us on social media to stay up to date on our upcoming endeavors.
We're excited to welcome Mrudula to Palmer. With her background in electrical engineering and solar design, she's already an active part of our solar development team. 🌞
We're happy to welcome two new members to our team. First off is Kevin Breen. He's a fourth-year student at @northeastern studying environmental engineering. He's excited to be working on our wind projects and is even prospecting new locations!
What a ride this has been! We want to thank our co-ops and congratulate them for completing their semester-long experiential learning! Congrats, and Palmer wishes you the best Arnav @pokharkar_arnav & Alicia! 👏
We are excited to receive new @northeastern co-ops for the Spring of 2023, and we can't wait to see what exciting projects they develop! ⚡🌎🌞
Community projects are the best! One of our favorite events to host is a blade signing, where community members can see, touch, and sign the blades before they’re installed. 🍃🌎🎨
Have you thought about where your energy comes from today? We’re working hard to bring more green energy online so we’ll all have a cleaner, more sustainable future! 🌞🌎
Did you know that the US wind industry currently employs ~120,000 people, including 23,600 in manufacturing and 43,400 in construction?*
With more and more states and companies committing to green energy, these are exciting times for the industry, and we expect job opportunities to keep growing!

We want to congratulate our friends at OneWay Development for their partnership with the @cityofboston and for being recognized by Mayor Michelle Wu @wutrain for their efforts to develop affordable & sustainable housing for Boston's residents. This new housing project will bring homeownership opportunities to many Bostonian residents who could not afford a home due to the housing crisis, helping prevent displacement.👏
This morning, Palmer's partner, @sumulshah , taught high school students at @clarkschoolma about renewable energy including wind and solar energy and the skills needed to work in this industry that keeps growing!
It is great to see youths' interest in solutions that will help mitigate the effects of climate change! 🍃🌞🌎
Responsible renewable energy development means being responsive to the needs of our partner communities. Our team is energized by meeting with farmers and landowners, working together to create a promising future. 🌎🌞⚡💡
Last week our friends at @islasol.pr were at SESA - Solar + Energy Storage Association of Puerto Rico!
Follow their page to learn about their impact and how they are working on expanding commercial solar and storage solutions across the Commonwealth! ⚡🌞
Yesterday our @northeastern co-ops Alicia & Arnav climbed the 80m wind turbine in Gloucester, MA, with our partner @sumulshah , who constructed the turbine in 2012. Experiential learning can't get better than this! 🙌
We are passionate about bringing projects to cities and communities to help them reduce their carbon footprint, create green jobs, and provide affordable energy prices!

Congratulations to our friends @green_energy_consumers on their 40th anniversary! We are excited to work side by side with you to generate affordable energy and green up our grid for the next 40 years. ⚡🍃🌞
Palmer partner Sumul Shah was honored to meet Maine Governor Janet Mills, where they chatted about Palmer's past and ongoing renewable energy activities in her state!
Did you know Governor Mills recently signed an executive order increasing Maine's Renewable Portfolio Standard from 40% to 80% by 2030 and setting a goal of 100% renewable energy by 2050? 👏☀️🍃👏
It may be rainy, but we have sun on our minds. Did you know that solar panels produce electricity even on cloudy days? ⚡🤯
Did you know that the U.S. installed 4.6 gigawatts of solar capacity in the second quarter of 2022? That's enough to power 23 million American homes!*
At Palmer, we’re proud to be part of this energy revolution.

Did you know that Puerto Rico aims to get 40%* of its power from renewable sources by 2025? Currently, only 3%** comes from renewables. There's so much work to do, and Palmer is working hard to help Puerto Rico achieve an equitable renewable energy transition.
